milkchugger: By recovering lazyholic Didn’t do too well today. My right ankle swelled to about a centimetre larger than my left overnight. It subsided after ice and massage during the day but seems to have swelled back up now that I am home and climbing stairs. Jerico had a look at it and noticed one bone is higher than the other. We hope it’s just something we never noticed before. Chest and left shoulder is not in the best condition after getting examined, but I’ve got a referral to the pain clinic so I think half the battle has been won.
